STORE POLICIES 

Refund policy 

We always strive for 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with your Halo product, please contact our Customer Care team at _____________ so we can exchange, or replace your product as soon as possible. Please include photos and a detailed description of your concern(s) in the email. 
 

Conditions. We do not refund used or damaged products.  

Shipping and Handling. We do not refund return shipping or handling fees because we are a small, growing business. You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returned items. Once submitted, refunds are credited back to the same payment method used to make the purchase within approximately 3-10 business days. 

Note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR OFFER REFUNDS ON DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS, GIFT CARDS, OR THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS. 

Privacy & Safety

We make candles, so we're not aiming to do anything odd or unexpected with your personal data. Expect us to use it to ship you things, send you newsletters, and, if you're lucky, target promotions at you.
