Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME: All orders are processed within 5-7 business days then ship via USPS on the following Monday. You will receive email notification when your order has been processed and on it's way.

Shipping policy 

When purchasing from W Candle Company, you agree to let W change your shipping method to avoid damages. These changes mostly apply to large, heavy, or "awkward" sized orders.

SHIPPING INFO: Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. 

HALO CANDLE CO IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. If you suspect your package has been lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address you will need to contact your local post office as we do not have any control over postal service. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Because of the nature of the items, all sales are final. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you should need to report a broken or damaged item please email us with the defective photos and within 3 days of receiving. Broken or damaged items will not be replaced without proof of photo.
